The courses are taught at our facilities (CRETIL) or on the Google Meet platform (only for the intensive model).
5. How long does the course last?
The course lasts 4 Saturdays for each level
6. What is the value for each level?
The investment amount is:
57,000 kzs – Level 1

7. How do I register?

8. What are the requirements for me to attend the course?
Here are the requirements:
a) Be fully available to attend all classes;
b) Be fluent in 2 languages (one of them must be Portuguese OR English);
c) Be a linguist, translator, language teacher OR advanced language student;
d) Have access to a reliable Internet connection.
e) Bring a laptop, notepad and pens with you during classes.

9. Can I pay for the course in installments?
Yes, you can pay in two installments. However, it is important that you do not have any debts before the start of the course.
10. How many modules are there in each level of the course?
4 modules.
11. Will we have practical classes during the training?
Yes, in the form of exercises in the classroom and at home.
12. How long is each class?
Each class lasts 3 hours
13. Will there only be classes on Saturdays?
Yes/No. Normal face-to-face classes will be on Saturdays, for 3 hours straight with a 15-minute break. However, if you wish, you can opt for the intensive mode (1 week for each level/2 hours of class per day) in the online format.
14. Can I contact the trainer if I have a question during the week?
You can do so by sending your question in writing via telephone or email. You can schedule a session with the trainer over the phone, on a previously agreed day and time. The trainer will be available to help every weekday between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm.

Yes, you can. Your data will be saved on our platform and you will be automatically added to the next class.
17. Where and when will I receive the written course content?
You can receive the content wherever you want, including your email or WhatsApp.

19. Is the payment refundable if I withdraw from the course?
We do not refund the full cost of the course. However, if for a plausible reason you have to cancel your registration up to one month before the start of the course (September 2025), we can refund up to 75% of the amount paid.
20. Can I pay in another currency?
Yes, if you wish, you can also pay in dollars, rand, euros or pounds.
21. Is your institution legal?
Yes. CRETIL is recognized by INEFOP, ANPG and INAPEM.
22. Will I be qualified as a translator as soon as I finish the course?
After the course, you should be able to translate to an acceptable standard. Other factors that will determine your level of competence are:
a) Previous experience in translation;
b) Your general language skills (target and source languages);
c) Your commitment and attendance during the course;
d) Your commitment and attendance during the mentoring.
23. Will I be evaluated?
Yes, you will be subjected to theoretical and practical assessment.
24. Will I receive a certificate when I complete the course?
Yes, you will receive a certificate recognized by Inefop with a description of the modules and the course load. Certificates are recognized in other countries.
25. In addition to the certificate, what other benefits will I receive for attending the course?
